Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for processing exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer representatives, and handling corporate activity events, settling/reconciling transfer activity, and processing/reconciling returns activity. You will also be expected to perform research on complex/escalated issues, conduct testing/validation of new technology improvements, and implement company changes.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that all client transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, and that any issues or discrepancies are resolved promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles Identify and address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer representatives Handle corporate activity events, settle/reconcile transfer activity, and process/reconcile returns activity Perform research on complex/escalated issues and conduct testing/validation of new technology improvements Implement company changes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Provide exceptional client support and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with internal teams, including retail and institutional business teams, to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction Communicate with external partners, including fund companies, transfer brokers, and contra organizations, to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance, business, or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in data entry, investment operations, or a related field Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Proficiency in bolthires Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new systems and technologies Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience with financial software and systems, including trading platforms and portfolio management systems Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including 2340 and 15C3-3 Experience with data analysis and reporting, including creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Analytical skills : ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns Problem-solving skills : ability to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary Communication skills : ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners Attention to detail : ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Time management skills : ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Adaptability : ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
