Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of inquiries and concerns Utilize active listening and probing question skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized support Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the organization Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informative support to customers Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a driven personality that thrives on solving problems and meeting goals.
You will have familiarity with bolthires Office tools and experience in customer service and sales. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must be able to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment with excellent internet connectivity.
