Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients to ensure the seamless installation and maintenance of our products. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical services, light remanufacturing, and troubleshooting on our equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer support to our clients. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $27 and a flexible schedule of 8 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on equipment according to company standards Investigate and diagnose issues with equipment Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition Move equipment to perform all mechanical services, including preventive maintenance, programming, and cosmetic repairs Provide exceptional customer support and work collaboratively with clients to resolve issues Remain positive, work as a team player, and create outstanding customer-focused solutions Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification Valid driver's license Technical aptitude to repair machines Ability to lift 50 pounds Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Previous experience in customer support or technical services Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
