Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a high level of flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow. Proficiency in using computer systems and online tools, with experience in customer service software and technology. Previous customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role.
