Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Processing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments * Identifying and addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents * Handling corporate activity events, settling and reconciling transfer activity, and processing returns activity * Conducting research on complex or escalated issues, testing and validating new technology enhancements and vendor changes * Completing projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact client/advisor accounts * Collaborating with Retail and Institutional Company Teams through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce * Communicating with TD Ameritrade Cleaning and working with fund companies, transfer brokers, opposite organizations, and other external business partners Tasks Analysis * Reviewing client membership deals or transactions for accuracy and completeness * Identifying and resolving client/advisor level exceptions * Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Settling business, dividend, and transfer breaks * Reconciling data between BOS and fund companies * Evaluating and analyzing tax code and correcting tax coding errors * Resolving internal and external system enhancements or concerns * Identifying and remediating transmission problems with fund companies or contra agencies * Providing customer or organization companion service, answering questions related to fund-specific requirements and eligibility * Expediting client investment and returns requests, remediating not-in-good-order concerns * Timely and accurate completion of client investing and returns requests Essential Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in bolthires Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce * Familiarity with investment operations and regulatory requirements (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) Preferred Qualifications * Experience with TD Ameritrade or a similar investment platform * Knowledge of tax code and experience with tax coding corrections * Familiarity with corporate activity events and transfer activity * Experience with research and analysis of complex or escalated issues * Certification in a related field (e.g., CFP, CFA) Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy * Proficiency in bolthires Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce * Familiarity with investment operations and regulatory requirements (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
