Key Responsibilities Transfer data from paper formats, verbal recordings, or other sources into computer databases, records, and files with high accuracy and speed. Enter data into appropriate fields, ensuring all information is correctly categorized and easily accessible. Handle numerical data with precision, creating and organizing spreadsheets to facilitate data analysis and reporting.
Curate data directly from speech or interviews, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the information. Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available, ensuring all data is current and accurate. Correct and modify inaccurate files and records, adhering to established protocols for data correction and modification. Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly, minimizing the risk of data loss or unauthorized access. Summarize data for standardized reports, providing insights that support business decisions and strategic planning.
View and verify confidential or private customer/client information, protecting the information and identities of customers/clients at all times. Verify data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, ensuring the accuracy and validity of all data entered. Organize paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clutter-free and efficient workspace. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications: Accurate and precise attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of data entry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders. Skilled knowledge in generating process documentation, with the ability to create and maintain accurate records and reports.
