Job Overview As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering extraordinary service to our customers in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment. You'll consult with customers to understand their needs, tailor unique solutions, and provide relevant product offers that deepen customer engagement and result in measurable value. You'll also continuously improve your key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver extraordinary service on inbound calls, following our Customer First philosophy Consult with customers to understand their needs and tailor unique solutions Provide clear and concise information, update customer account information, and address general and account-specific customer inquiries Use tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs Meet and exceed performance goals, including customer survey results, sales rates, quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need a unique combination of skills, experience, and passion for customer service and consultative sales.

Qualifications: Proven success in a customer service and consultative sales environment (two years+) Integrity to manage sensitive customer information and adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines Passion for consultative sales, recommending products or solutions tailored to each customer Resilience to efficiently manage a steady stream of customer calls, while balancing performance to meet a variety of metrics Ability to adapt communication style to a wide variety of personalities and situations Commitment to implementing feedback as a means to achieving individual and team performance goals Technical savvy to multi-task and navigate through computer systems and applications with speed and accuracy Preferred

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Flexibility to work anytime between 6:00am-2:00am, including weekends Location: SUNRISE, FLORIDA (with flexibility to work in a hybrid or virtual environment)
