Job Overview As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer contacts, responding to basic customer questions, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel as needed. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing established methods and protocols to ensure seamless customer interactions. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish languages. Key Responsibilities: Answer telephones and respond to basic customer questions using established methods provided in training Forward calls to appropriate personnel as needed Record calls on account history records with results of the inquiry and initiate required confirmation Process customer requests by sending faxes, returning telephone messages, sending mail documents, or using other related communication under direct supervision Utilize help desk software to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or G.E.D.
Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience Experience working with organizational functions and personnel Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software Must be a U.S. Citizen Ability to work from home (remote position) Must be able to work M-F shift ranging between 6:00am - 9:00pm CT Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and competencies are preferred: Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills Basic communication skills Ability to follow oral and written directions Experience working in a call center environment Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
