Key Responsibilities As a Research Participant at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Participating in various research studies conducted remotely or locally in person, within a 25-mile radius from your home * Showing up on time to all assignments and following instructions carefully * Answering all questions fully and honestly, and reviewing and verifying data for correctness * Participating in each and every assignment until the end without missing a single appointment * Accessing the internet, computer, phone, or reliable transportation as required * Demonstrating a good understanding of the English language and following written and/or oral instructions completely Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * High school degree or equivalent (recommended but not necessary) * Good understanding of the English language * Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions completely * Access to the internet, computer, phone, or reliable transportation * Reliable and trustworthy individual with excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Previous experience in customer service, administrative assistant, nursing, construction, or other related fields * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to new situations and technologies quickly
