Job Summary: We're looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to work from home, providing specialized support for network framework and IT infrastructure programming and equipment.

Responsibilities: As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and tasks, including: * Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and efficiently * Providing expert technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote support * Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware and software * Conducting site visits to investigate issues and provide on-site support * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and technical issues * Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends Key Obligations: * Answer client care demands and determine the technical assistance issue (i.e., programming or equipment related) and maintain trust in arenaflex * Speak with clients by telephone to discuss distinguished issues or concerns and resolve the issues (e.g., equipment or programming breakdown, client mistake, etc.) * Explore distinguished issues by gathering clarification on some things, investigating web information destinations, and additionally inward site (i.e., project note pad) to recognize arrangements and work with goal * Conduct site visits within the region to investigate issue as well as introduce or update equipment and programming on the off chance that help issue can't be somewhat settled * Conduct circle back to clients to confirm issues were settled totally * Finish administration orders to stay away from functional defers in settling issues Essential
Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in data entry, technical support, or a related field * Strong technical background, including experience with bolthires Windows, Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other relevant technologies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Preferred
Qualifications: * Experience with data entry software and systems, including SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K * Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network framework, including experience with dynamic catalog and other relevant technologies * Experience with remote work applications, including VPN and Citrix * Strong understanding of computer hardware and software, including experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting * Certification in a related field, such as CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA Skills and Competencies: * Strong technical skills, including experience with bolthires Windows, Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other relevant technologies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on meeting customer needs and expectations
