About the Role In this full-time, remote position, you will work directly with arenaflex members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing them with an outstanding experience. Your primary goal will be to build trust and create sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication, applying problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations. You will effectively handle customer concerns, utilize available resources to provide accurate information, and ensure empathetic resolution, while keeping records of all interactions and changes.

Remote Member/Customer Services Advocate, you can expect: Competitive pay, $20/hr (plus shift premiums available based on scheduled hours) Work from home opportunities available Earn up to $2,500 in the first year in Retention Bonuses Medical Benefits available on 1st day of employment, with family coverage available Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability coverage Performance-based incentive plan Retirement Savings options, such as a pension and 401k, available with a Company match Generous Paid Time Off Plan, including Holiday Pay, Floating Holiday Days, and a very generous vacation policy Complimentary arenaflex Basic Membership Tuition reimbursement Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, with a high value placed on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience preferred Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies desired Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products preferred Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework preferred High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload and be able to support a VPN Essential Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to build trust and create sustainable relationships with members Basic understanding of life insurance products and services
