About the Role We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Entry and Transportation Analyst to. As a key member of our Industrial Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Transportation Fleet and helping us to meet the challenges of our fast-paced environment. If you have a strong background in Transportation Logistics and experience working with data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Key Responsibilities Assist the arenaflex Transportation Fleet in achieving its goals and objectives Collaborate with managers to identify and prioritize business needs, providing expert analysis and recommendations Integrate data from multiple sources across various database platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Design, create, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to support business operations Provide exceptional support to the team, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a transportation or logistics environment Proficiency in bolthires Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and analyze data Experience with bolthires Access is preferred, with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources Strong typing and 10-key skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently Must pass a Background Check and Drug Test, as a condition of employment Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and experience are preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and managers Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
