The Hybrid Bilingual IT Help Desk Customer Service Representative position is perfect for those who are passionate about technology, customer service, and languages. Key Responsibilities In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of inbound customer requests and incidents across multiple channels, including chat, phone, email, and web. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and effective solutions to clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction.

Some of your key responsibilities will include: Handling incoming inquiries and redirecting them to appropriate support groups when necessary, while setting clear expectations with end-users from the outset. Creating and documenting tickets in the arenaflex ticket system (ServiceNow), adhering to the highest quality standards. Performing thorough troubleshooting to resolve issues or escalate them to Tier 2 teams as needed. Researching and resolving complex Field and Scientific application and business process issues, identifying trends where applicable.

Providing regular follow-up and status updates to end-users on open tickets, ensuring all efforts are made to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Utilizing the Knowledgebase to address end-user inquiries and creating draft articles to fill knowledge gaps. Participating in application testing, upgrades, deployment, and internal Service Desk projects as required. Adhering to all Service Desk processes and procedures, driving quality, process improvement, and innovation to optimize service delivery. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, language, and customer service skills.

Essential qualifications include: Bilingual proficiency in English and another language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in an IT help desk or customer service environment, preferably in a hybrid setting. Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and hardware.
