Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service and support to arenaflex customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding vehicle features, warranties, maintenance, and service options. * Assisting customers with scheduling service appointments, coordinating vehicle repairs, and resolving service-related issues. * Troubleshooting technical problems and providing guidance on utilizing vehicle infotainment systems, navigation features, and connectivity services. * Educating customers on the latest arenaflex products, technologies, and promotions to enhance their ownership experience.
* Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. * Collaborating with internal teams, including service centers, technical support, and sales, to address customer needs effectively. * Continuously striving to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
