Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Business Organizer to join our dynamic Planning team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with our clients, both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities As a Business Organizer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Sales and Income Management teams to execute bundling and valuing systems, as defined by Income Management ratecards and rules * Oversee daily support of dynamic deals and assemble media plans for Forthright and Dissipate bargains * Maintain the pipeline in collaboration with your Outreach group * Execute financial plan corrections, including gradual spend, improvements, makegoods, and abrogations * Provide record and arranging topic expertise on publicists' specific preferences * Team up with internal and external groups to achieve client needs and meet/surpass internal objectives * Analyze campaign delivery and allocate make-good stock * Collaborate intimately with Record Management to execute campaigns, augment delivery against contracted objectives, and address client reporting needs * Discuss actually with office contacts to address RFP expectations and impromptu demands * Oversee needs independently and successfully across multiple internal partners and books of business Proposition and Arrangement Management In assigned DAS frameworks, support a dedicated book(s) of business, handling the RFP cycle from proposal age to deal entry throughout risk fulfillment and deal conclusion.
CUSTOMER SERVICE/Outer Partners As one of different key contacts for external clients, provide customer service across the life of the deal. Collaborate intimately with both the AM and Promotion Operations groups to ensure seamless mission execution. Update office partners on delivery against contracted objectives, the need for unit changes "as booked" and address any client reporting requirements. Bargain FUFILLMENT/Inward Partner Applying business direction from internal constituents, particularly RYM, due to the RFP "inquire" across assigned bolthires brands and business verticals, collaborate with internal divisions from Exploration to Answers for Traffic and Fund to ensure deal favorable taking care of/fulfillment.
Identify means by which to both best fulfill office needs and expand an opportunity for DAS. Required Education, Experience/Abilities/Training * 2+ years of professional experience; media sales planning and/or purchasing experience strongly preferred * A passion to work in a collaborative Promotion Outreach group environment * A positive attitude and approach while handling everyday tasks * A capacity to really issue settle and perform multiple tasks * Solid attention to detail and powerful organizational abilities * Brilliant verbal and written communication skills * Embodies an anxious to-learn mentality with a drive to take on new responsibilities * Experience working across bolthires Suite, with capability in Excel and PowerPoint required * Capability in media math and phrasing is beneficial * Knowledge of sales frameworks
Compensation and Benefits
The employing range for this position in New York is $71,300 - $89,100 per year.
The base salary will be determined based on internal value and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location, work-related information, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus or potentially long-term motivator units may be given as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of clinical, financial, and other benefits, subject to the level and position advertised.
