What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: - Resolving Customer and Candidate Issues: You'll work closely with customers and candidates to resolve issues via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met.
- Completing Assigned Projects: You'll receive projects from your support manager, working independently to complete tasks and deliver results. - Identifying and Resolving Customer Issues: Using the HireVue system, you'll identify and resolve customer issues, providing a seamless experience for our clients. - Documenting and Managing Cases: You'll document and manage cases for each support interaction, ensuring accurate records and efficient issue resolution. - Recommending Process Improvements: You'll analyze trends and issues, recommending process improvements to your supervisor and contributing to the growth and development of our support team.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications) To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: - Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills: You'll work closely with customers and candidates, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and resolve issues. - Positive Attitude and Drive for Continuous Improvement: You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional support and committed to continuous learning and improvement. - Expert Reading and Writing Skills: You'll need strong reading and writing skills to effectively communicate with customers and candidates, as well as to document and manage cases.
- Proficient with Technology and Troubleshooting: You'll be comfortable working with technology and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring seamless support for our clients. - 2+ Years Experience in Customer Service: You'll have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, with technical support experience a plus.
