Task Manager

ECS is seeking a Project Oversight to work remotely. This position will work closely with the Director of Data Asset Services (DAS) to support higher executive reporting on DAS projects. Roles /

Responsibilities: Work with the Director and her Direct Reports (PCES and V02) to track status of projects within DAS Keep the Director informed on status, project delays, and any other information pertinent to Leadership. Provide updates in various formats, including (but not limited to) PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Facilitate meetings with internal teams as needed to obtain status and other information

Salary Range: $95,000 – $110,000 General Description of Benefits Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, information technology, or related fields, preferred Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management and executive summary reporting

This person will need to be very organized and a self-starter, with proven experience in project management.

Experience with Software development lifecycle, Agile Project Management using VersionOne software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail Strong working knowledge of bolthires Office, which includes OneNote and Teams Able to work independently and with others
