Responsibilities Facilitate engaging learning sessions that develop participants' skills, both in-person and online Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment for all Keep track of participant progress and performance, offering feedback to encourage growth Administer all training logistics, from class preparation to tracking evaluations Follow structured guides to lead discussions and activities that enhance learning Pursue opportunities for personal growth in facilitation and classroom management Coach learners on specific skills to help them succeed in their roles Skills Ability to work lawfully in the U.S.
