They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing responsive support and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email or external client portals Provide accurate information about products, work orders, and policies Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy Document customer interactions and update account information as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer experience Skills Proven experience in customer service or a related role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office Suite Type accurately and consistently at 40 words per minute (WPM) High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus Knowledge of commercial construction terminology Company Overview Superior is a full-service, multi-licensed contractor serving commercial and industrial accounts locally as well as nationwide.
