The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Axis Brands is a fast-growing eCommerce company operating multiple brands across TikTok Shop, bolthires, and DTC. They are seeking a TikTok Affiliate Manager who will recruit and manage TikTok creators to drive revenue through affiliate programs and performance-based partnerships. Responsibilities Proactively source, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates Run high-volume outbound outreach via TikTok, email, DM, and affiliate platforms Identify creators that fit our brands and convert content into sales, not just views Manage day-to-day relationships with active affiliates Provide creators with clear briefs, hooks, offers, and talking points Track performance and double down on top-performing affiliates Reactivate inactive affiliates and continuously expand the program Launch and manage TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns and promotions Coordinate product seeding, samples, and offer structures Work closely with our creative and ads team to identify winning angles Monitor GMV, creator ROI, conversion rates, and content velocity Maintain simple reporting on affiliate output and revenue impact Test commission structures and incentives to increase volume Skills 1–3+ years experience managing TikTok Shop affiliates or creator programs Deep understanding of TikTok trends, hooks, and creator monetization Experience working with commission-based affiliate models Strong written communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Comfortable working in fast-paced eCommerce environments Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center Background in DTC, bolthires, or performance marketing Experience managing creators at scale (50–500+ affiliates) Benefits Performance bonuses tied to GMV and growth Long-term upside as the channel scales Company Overview It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
