Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. is a growth-focused independent broker-dealer dedicated to supporting financial advisors. They are seeking a detail-oriented Performance Reporting Specialist to manage operational activities related to performance reporting systems, deliver training, and troubleshoot issues. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for operational and service activities related to a third party performance reporting system, including troubleshooting issues, managing system activations/deactivations, and providing requested reports Deliver professional presentations and conduct both formal and informal training sessions via teleconference or occasional in-person meetings, including offsite presentations Perform system maintenance and manage administrative files, proactively identifying areas for system improvement Develop and maintain a working knowledge of other company technology systems that interface with departmental systems to effectively troubleshoot inbound inquiries Skills Detail-oriented and proactive Strong communication skills Prior customer service experience Previous performance and wealth reporting experience Strong ability to troubleshoot system-related issues Interface with vendors Provide training to internal associates and financial professionals Resourceful problem solver Excellent communication skills Willing to thrive in the financial industry Entry to intermediate level of experience in data entry Troubleshooting and customer service skills Skilled in problem-solving Maintaining accuracy with a keen attention to detail Strong communicator with excellent presentation abilities Capable of training internal and external customers Adept at managing multiple tasks Prioritizing effectively Thriving in fast-paced environments Proficient in bolthires Office Suite and other relevant financial systems Experience in the financial industry Preferred experience in performance reporting software such as Albridge/Wove Benefits Paid time off Paid holidays and floating holidays Medical, dental, and vision coverage Short- and long-term disability Company-paid life insurance Volunteer time off Wellness incentives Company Overview Do you control your journey?
