Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP is a prestigious law firm seeking a Corporate Paralegal to assist corporate attorneys through all phases of their transactions. The role involves supporting attorney teams, conducting due diligence, and managing corporate documentation. Responsibilities Consistently meets the Firm’s standards of excellence in supporting our attorney teams Plays an active role in helping the Firm to provide our clients with legal services of the highest caliber Assists with due diligence document reviews, negotiation sessions, corporate filings, closings and post-closing requirements Conducts research and compiles corporate information and precedent binders Keeps track of, organizes, proofreads, files and distributes documents related to corporate deals Frequently interacts with partners, associates and clients; and Performs other duties, as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree with high academic standing Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and coordinate several activities at once
