The firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to manage litigation matters and lead a team, ensuring exceptional client service and fostering a supportive workplace environment. Responsibilities Handle a variety of real estate disputes and related litigation matters Manage a team of paralegals and clerks Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice Draft motions, prepare discovery, and conduct depositions Develop litigation strategies and execute comprehensive case plans Represent clients in court Negotiate settlements that align with client's best interests Lead and manage a team of paralegals and clerks, maintaining an environment of excellence and continuous growth Skills Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active member in good standing of the California State Bar 1+ years of civil litigation experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment Benefits 3.5 weeks of PTO/Paid Holidays Flexibility of Schedule -
