The E.W. Scripps Company is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join the Sales Research & Insights team. This role will focus on providing network performance metrics and actionable insights to support CTV/Digital sales efforts, collaborating with various teams to enhance revenue generation. Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret audience data (Nielsen, MRI, iSpot, etc.) for recurring sales reports and ad hoc requests Synthesize information from multiple data sets into digestible insights to be used effectively by our Sales team to drive revenue Develop a deep understanding of data to discern between actual performance issues and data integrity errors to ensure accurate reporting and analysis Proactively develop external facing materials for advertising clients (e-blasts, trade ads, etc.) Work with the marketing team to produce impactful ROI research analyses for brand partnerships Partner with the design team to position research data in a creative, concise, and compelling manner Skills Bachelor's Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Math/Statistics, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in a TV research role required Excellent personal computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint Strong math and data analysis skills are necessary, along with the capability of transforming large data sets from multiple sources into actionable insights Experience with MRI-Simmons and various Nielsen systems, including National TV Toolbox (Nielsen MRI Fusion, R&F, etc.), NNTV, Ad Intel, and Nielsen Buyer Insights Solid written and verbal communication skills required.
Must be able to effectively communicate and be comfortable presenting Strong data visualization skills needed.
