Metergy Solutions Inc. is a technology company focused on reducing carbon emissions through innovative submetering solutions. The Project Manager will plan, execute, and finalize submetering projects, managing resources, timelines, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Participate in discovery sessions with external clients to evaluate their unique submetering needs Review electrical and mechanical drawings to develop an understanding of the utility distribution and mechanical systems serving our clients properties Transform your understanding of the distribution/systems into a technical submetering and/or reporting solution that addresses the client’s specific needs Select & size the appropriate submetering hardware solutions based on the technical requirements you developed Collaborate with internal teams to ensure your solutions are aligned with, and can be supported by other business units Effectively communicate your solutions to internal and external stakeholders to drive projects out of the design phase and into the execution phase Implement your solutions through effective project management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders Effectively manage your time and deliver results on multiple projects at the same time Any other tasks to support various business needs Skills Engineering Degree from a 4-5 year program at a recognized University Possess excellent planning, organization, and communication skills (both written and verbal) A strong understanding of health and safety on construction site(s) and around electrical equipment Working knowledge of the Ontario Health and Safety Act A Valid Ontario driver's license and have access to a vehicle Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems found within a high-rise building is considered an asset Experience with the submetering industry is considered an asset Experience with energy management and/or energy consulting is considered an asset Benefits Fully company covered heath and dental benefits from day 1 Company funded Health Spending Account Plan for retirement with Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP) and RRSP Matching Grow with us!
