The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating objectives into specifications, and supporting system implementations. Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and operational needs Translate business objectives into functional specifications and system requirements Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements aligned with business goals Support enterprise system implementations and enhancements by collaborating with technical teams Develop analysis deliverables such as: Business and functional requirement specifications Workflow diagrams and operational models User stories and acceptance criteria Assist in testing phases including UAT and post-deployment validation Support data reviews, reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements Help create user documentation, training content, and adoption materials Participate in change initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption Track system updates and suggest optimizations that enhance business performance Skills Interest in working with large-scale business systems such as ERP, CRM, or cloud platforms Strong communication skills to convert business conversations into clear, actionable documentation Detail-oriented thinking with a passion for process improvement and data-driven decision-making Experience or academic exposure in business analysis, operations, HR, finance, payroll, or enterprise applications Prior experience in functional analysis, system support, or reporting Company Overview At Campus4Tech, we specialize in providing transformative training programs tailored for individuals seeking to enhance their skills, regardless of previous career paths or employment gaps.
