The attorney will represent employers and related entities in a wide range of employment law matters, including: Wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment claims ERISA and benefits litigation Defense of class actions and complex employment disputes Drafting pleadings, discovery responses, dispositive motions, and participating in depositions and mediations Skills J.D.
