Daybreak Health is dedicated to providing mental health support to young people, and they are seeking Bilingual California Associate Therapists to join their team. The role involves delivering teletherapy services to students, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure student success. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students within our school district partnerships Build trusted relationships with students and their families Collaborate closely with school counselors and other providers to support student mental health Provide psychoeducation and guidance to parents/caregivers Participate in case consultations, team discussions, and ongoing training Contribute to the development and refinement of Daybreak Healthβs clinical programs Skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) Associate mental health clinician license types: ASW, APC, and AMFT Availability for at least 15 hours weekly during peak hours (Monday-Friday, 2-8 PM), with optional weekend hours available (8 AM-5 PM) Ability to provide evidence-based teletherapy to students Ability to build trusted relationships with students and their families Ability to collaborate closely with school counselors and other providers to support student mental health Ability to provide psychoeducation and guidance to parents/caregivers Participation in case consultations, team discussions, and ongoing training Contribution to the development and refinement of clinical programs Benefits FREE Supervision with a Daybreak assigned supervisor under our specialized associate program.
