Responsibilities Engage with customers over the phone to assist with their insurance choices, using a well-defined script Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a busy call center environment Address and resolve customer objections effectively Regular use of database, dialing, and email software Deliver clear verbal and written communication Be open to other tasks as needed Skills High School Diploma or equivalent Eager to learn and adapt Strong communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment
