They are seeking an HR Service Center Coordinator to support activities across the entire employee lifecycle and ensure a positive employee experience. Responsibilities Execute people transactions across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting/onboarding through to off-boarding Be accountable and proactive, ensuring all queries and tasks are resolved accurately and within Service Level Agreement (SLA), escalating where appropriate to the Team Leader Build a strong knowledge repository of processes Participate in delivering and executing HR Services Strategy Skills Experience of working within a fast-paced HR Operations/HR Service Centre environment Strong understanding of local legal requirements in your specific region e.g.
I9 checks, data privacy requirements Experience of managing HR processes in a matrix /complex organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to monitor volumes, escalate concerns and identify process improvements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills An ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels Meticulous attention to detail, with strong ownership at work Comfortable with data and technology, including virtual collaboration tools, and using data to inform decisions A positive customer service mindset Be a team player with a desire to support others and continuously raise the bar Anticipate customer and stakeholder needs with proactive follow through Experience with process optimization or continuous improvement is a plus Benefits Hybrid Work Environment: 3 days a week in office required based on your line of business and location A Culture of Learning & Mobility: Dedicated trainings, leadership development and mentorship programs designed to ensure that your time at Fitch will be a continuous learning opportunity Investing in
