They are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage travel and expense reports, vendor invoices, and assist with financial close processes. Responsibilities Review and approve employee travel and expense (T&E) reports to ensure compliance with company policies Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding T&E policy questions and submissions Process vendor invoices accurately and manage vendor relations to resolve payment issues Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including preparing accruals and reconciliations Generate and analyze reports on T&E spending trends and compliance metrics Skills Proven experience in Accounts Payable, particularly with T&E report review and compliance Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building effective relationships High level of attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in financial software, bolthires Workspace, and Excel Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI and experience using AI-powered tools for process improvement Experience with tools such as Navan, Expensify, Tipalti, and Intacct Benefits Performance-based bonus program and 401k matching
