Responsibilities Deliver content by using state-of-the-art GenAI tools (image, video, audio) and build templates that scale Design and deliver flagship proofs-of-concept: dynamic creative at scale, automated PDP imagery, hyper-personalized experience, localized content Be the GenAI expert in the room with Global 500 clients, creative agencies, and consulting partners Lead trainings on GenAI adoption and shape our platform through hands-on tool testing Build the playbooks, prompt libraries, and best practices that become features in our platform bolthires expansion opportunities and turn pilots into long-term opportunities Skills 1–5 years in management consulting (MBB preferred), strategy, or high-growth startups, with client-facing experience Hungry to build, own outcomes, and operate like a founder Hands-on: you learn new tools fast, test workflows, and iterate quickly Highly organized and excel at shipping quality work across multiple workstreams under tight deadlines Strong visual and written narrative skills.
