Remote Customer Service Specialist to provide inbound customer service support, assist with account issues, and maintain service quality standards. Responsibilities Provide inbound customer service support for client-specific inquiries Assist with account issues, fraud resolution, and general support Deliver accurate, confidential service and meet performance benchmarks Attend certification training and maintain service quality standards Skills Must have a computer with following: Windows 10 or 11 PC with Intel i5+ or AMD Ryzen 3+, 8 GB RAM Hardwired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi) USB headset with phone-quality audio Hardwired keyboard and mouse Smartphone for security verification Hardwired telephone may be required for some programs Can you pass a background check and drug screening?
