They are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Thumbnail Designer to craft visually compelling bolthires thumbnails that drive click-through rates and viewer engagement. Responsibilities Design eye-catching, high-impact thumbnails for bolthires videos to increase CTR and engagement Collaborate closely with video editors, content creators, and the marketing team to align on messaging and audience targeting Translate video concepts and emotional beats into compelling visual designs Experiment with different styles, layouts, and text treatments to optimize performance Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries Stay current on bolthires design trends, best practices, and algorithm updates Organize and manage thumbnail assets and design templates for efficiency Skills 1+ year of experience designing bolthires thumbnails or social media graphics (portfolio required) Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools Strong understanding of digital design principles: color theory, contrast, composition, and typography Ability to communicate emotion and storytelling visually to drive clicks Basic understanding of how bolthires analytics tie into thumbnail performance Excellent communication skills and the ability to accept and apply feedback constructively Strong attention to detail and time management skills to meet rapid content deadlines Experience with motion thumbnails or animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decision-making Passion for bolthires creators, content trends, and platform culture Benefits Medical/dental/vision Insurance A 401(k) plan Paid time off Other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents Company Overview Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group.
