As a Field Service Technician, you will provide essential support and service for clients' shipping and mailing technology, ensuring a high-quality client experience through installation, troubleshooting, and training. Responsibilities Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping and Mailing equipment for our clients Support both Hardware and Software solutions Troubleshoot and repair equipment successfully with the goal of reducing Client callbacks Train clients on Pitney Bowes equipment at the time of installation Work in a 100% client facing capacity as a representative of Pitney Bowes Cover a multi-zip code territory requiring significant windshield time Utilize hand tools or small power tools to execute repairs, maintenance, and installations of Pitney Bowes Shipping and Mailing equipment Maintain a safe and clean work environment Skills A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation
The ability to lift 55 lbs + with or without accommodation
The ability to travel within a multi-zip code territory with up to 80% windshield time
The ability to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods of time Complete familiarity with a Windows environment and basic knowledge of PC and Networking Experience with automated equipment Benefits
