Aequita Bioworks is a cutting-edge biotech company located in San Carlos, seeking a motivated recent graduate to join their team as a Research Associate in Analytical Development. The role involves performing lab experiments and assays under the guidance of experienced scientists, contributing to various projects, and demonstrating a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Under the guidance of a research scientist, perform lab work including: Quality control of sterile compounded pharmaceuticals Method development on an HPLC Record experimental methods and results in Benchling Read and summarize papers Contribute to BD efforts Whatever else is needed for the company to succeed Skills BS in chemistry, biochemistry or STEM field with GPA >= 3.5 and <=1 year out of undergrad Extremely strong work ethic Knowledge of analytical chemistry Experience working with an HPLC Python scripting ability Highly motivated and ambitious Proficiency with bolthires Sheets and bolthires Slides Live within a 30 minute commute of San Carlos
