The Bilingual Scheduling Specialist is responsible for providing world-class customer service to clients, understanding the admission and billing processes, and ensuring a smooth patient experience while being proficient in both English and Spanish. Comprehensive knowledge of patient insurance process for obtaining authorizations and benefits verification Knowledge of medical terminology or CPT or procedure codes Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance and Call Center experience is highly preferred Articulate, personable, dependable, and confident with excellent communication skills Customer service-oriented builds trust and respect by exceeding customer expectations Skills High School Diploma Required Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire Understanding admission, billing, payments, and denials
