They are seeking a positive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join their team, responsible for dispatching technicians, managing service calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician’s schedule as needed Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff and responding to special requirements Match type of service required with availability, location and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability and efficiency Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base Being a good teammate to coworkers Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer Skills Previous experience in a call center Must be able to type ~70 wpm MUST like talking with people and making them happy by using great communication skills Ability to work independently as well as within a team Be familiar with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think proactively High Speed internet Quiet Workspace with minimal background noise Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD & Life Insurance 401k retirement with match 7 Paid Holiday’s per year Paid Vacation & Personal Days Continued education with periodic classes Company Overview Service Specialties was established in 1979 to provide Consumers with a high quality, honest, and trustworthy choice for all of there HVAC and Plubing needs.
