They are seeking a Research Assistant to conduct literature reviews, assist with field research, and contribute to reports and presentations based on research findings. Responsibilities Conduct literature reviews and assist with field research, including developing protocols, organizing meetings, and note-taking Contribute to reports, proposals, and presentations based on research findings Manipulate data and assist in conducting data analysis using MS Excel and/or statistical packages (e.g., Stata, R) Assist with the design and implementation of surveys and focus groups Contribute to the company website, marketing, and proposal development Skills BA/BS in a social science or related field with an exemplary academic record Demonstrated excellence in writing and verbal communication Effective project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-focused, team-oriented environment Commitment to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate respectfully with others Fluency in Spanish, written and verbal Familiarity with research support in an academic field (e.g., experience with a professor or senior researcher) Working knowledge of statistical or qualitative software packages (e.g., Stata, R, SAS, NVivo, Dedoose) Benefits
