They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrative Assistant to support recruitment operations, maintain data accuracy, and assist with marketing coordination. Responsibilities Post job requisitions, manage approvals, and keep the ATS organized and up to date Maintain and clean data in our recruiting dashboards and reports to support team insights Assist in documenting, auditing, and improving recruitment processes to ensure consistency and compliance Support digital marketing campaigns by helping format job ads, schedule posts, and maintain branded content Assist with organizing and tracking passive candidate outreach efforts, including talent lists, sourcing events, and newsletter campaigns Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position needs and timelines Skills 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role Proficiency in bolthires Excel, Teams, and Word; comfort learning new systems and tools Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience) Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, Constant Contact, or social media scheduling tools Benefits Generous Paid Time Off – Includes 10 holidays and a floating holiday for your birthday
