How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm is a respected, boutique estate planning and probate firm in Palm City, Florida, seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join its growing practice. This role requires managing meaningful client work and contributing immediately within a well-run, systems-driven practice. Responsibilities Draft and administer trust-based estate plans Manage formal probate administrations Work closely with assigned paralegals and support staff Participate in daily huddles and case strategy reviews Deliver empathetic, detail-oriented client counsel Operate within proven systems and processes Skills Solid foundation in estate planning and probate Comfortable managing files with supervision Eager to grow within a structured, high-volume practice Substantial experience drafting trust-based estate plans Lead attorney experience managing formal probate matters Proficiency with advanced estate planning strategies, including: Charitable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Flat ILITs, GRATs, QPRTs LL.M.
in Taxation and/or Board Certification strongly preferred Benefits
