Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service to every customer, every time. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting continuous calls and digital support channels into the arenaflex Customer Support Center (CSC) Providing exceptional service to every customer, every time, through effective problem-solving and consistent standards of service, sales, and operational support Performing all assigned activities related to booking, modifying, and supporting customer reservations Selling flights and ancillary products and services to meet sales targets and customer needs Maintaining KPI performance standards as defined by the CSC, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency in all interactions Requirements for Success To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Successful completion of new hire training, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the position Provide a safe and professional office-work environment, free from background noise and distraction, to ensure productivity and focus Able to pass a ten (10) year background check, demonstrating your reliability and trustworthiness Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located, with the necessary documentation and authorization Provide a high-speed internet connection to meet work from home requirements, ensuring seamless communication and access to systems and tools Flexible and able to work at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide 24/7 support to customers Education and Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate will have: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma, providing a solid foundation in core subjects and skills One (1) year of customer service or sales experience, demonstrating your ability to interact with customers, resolve issues, and meet sales targets Competencies and Skills To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following competencies and skills: Technical proficiency in working with CSC systems/programs/tools, including but not limited to: Radixx Res, RadixxGo, ZenDesk, and MIS Choice DCS Ability to answer continuous calls and digital messages (i.e., chat, SMS text, email, etc.), handling multiple interactions simultaneously Ability to navigate through complex processes while interacting with a customer, providing clear and concise information and solutions Ability to navigate through concurrent digital interactions with more than one customer at a time, prioritizing and managing multiple conversations effectively Knowledge of bolthires Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer, facilitating efficient communication and data management Previous sales and call center experience is preferred, providing a strong foundation in customer service, sales, and communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions and tasks Behavioral Competencies
