Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Center Representative to provide top-notch customer support to our retail locations. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering maintenance requests, dispatching and providing directions to contractors, and following up with contractors regarding schedules and work performed.

You will also be required to complete work orders accurately and efficiently, and perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer care to retail locations by answering maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Dispatch and provide directions to contractors related to building maintenance and support Follow up with contractors regarding schedules and work performed to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively Complete work orders accurately and as quickly as possible to minimize downtime and ensure that our retail locations are always operational Perform other duties as assigned by the manager, including special projects and tasks that may arise from time to time Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as broad experience in bolthires Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) version 2007 or later.

You will also need to have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to have solid organizational skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates who have experience in customer support or a related field, as well as those who have a degree in a relevant field such as business or communications.
