Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for: * Understanding and implementing inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure exceptional customer experiences * Handling all overflow inbound service calls in a timely and professional manner * Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with Service Managers * Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates * Collaborating with Service Managers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty * Providing world-class service to customers, exceeding their expectations and building long-term relationships * Staying up-to-date with industry trends, manufacturer updates, and marketing campaigns to provide informed and accurate information to customers Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: * Proficiency in phone and computer systems, with experience in call center and appointment setting environments * A professional, polite, and friendly demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple calls simultaneously * Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy * Experience working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction * Bilingual skills are a strong plus, but not required Essential Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions * Proficiency in phone and computer systems, with experience in call center and appointment setting environments * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility * Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion
