About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about delivering outstanding care and wellness services.
Your success will be driven by your ability to lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and service. You'll work from home, but must remain a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. Key Responsibilities: * Research and problem-solve: Determine the best solutions for our customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues. * Go above and beyond: Wow our customers with exceptional service, critical thinking, and a commitment to high safety and regulatory standards.
* Engage with customers: Think creatively to provide solutions, answer questions, and exceed customer expectations. What You'll Need: *1-2 years of customer-focused experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication skills: Ability to articulate complex information, empathize with customers, and build strong relationships. * Critical thinking and problem-solving: Ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
