Job Description: As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for our users.
You'll be responsible for moderating our Discord server, ensuring that all interactions adhere to our community guidelines and rules. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: * Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, including deleting messages that violate our rules * Banning users who repeatedly break our community guidelines * Muting users who have violated our rules * Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations * Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community engagement strategies * Providing excellent customer service and support to our users * Staying up-to-date with our community guidelines and rules, and making recommendations for improvement Essential
Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age or older * Must have a High School Diploma or GED * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Familiarity with Discord and its moderation tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances Preferred
Qualifications: * Experience as a moderator or administrator on a Discord server * Knowledge of community management principles and best practices * Familiarity with arenaflex's mission and values * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Skills and Competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Familiarity with Discord and its moderation tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
