Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to on a permanent work-from-home basis. This exciting opportunity is available to candidates in the PST/CST/MST time zone and comes with a $1000 sign-on bonus, as well as an additional $2000 bonus 180 days after your start date. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations, and ensuring that every member is shown respect, kindness, and thorough answers to their questions.

The required qualifications for this position include: Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate Ability to apply patience Adaptability Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills Or, equivalent military experience Preferred Qualifications While not essential, customer service experience is preferred.
A High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience is also required. Pay Range and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is between $17.00 and $27.16 per hour. Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls, and the actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
