Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to at arenaflex. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer technique, which includes layout and programming of customer experience surveys, data analysis, and insights. This is a remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $35, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of the new Voice of the Customer technique, sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by Qualtrics Work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in technology to drive transformation and innovation Define, frame, and capture business needs, growing information of Voice of the Purchaser methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform Design and build strong data model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case degree Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, testing & builds automation tools Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best and efficiency Essential Qualifications Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, Development Launch Management, and Troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no longer less than 3 years Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables Preferred Qualifications Experience with data analysis, insights, and reporting, with a strong understanding of data quality and accuracy Knowledge of customer experience surveys, data modeling, and data architecture Familiarity with Qualtrics and Cornerstone platforms Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline
