Key Responsibilities Conduct calls with representatives to expand the reach of arenaflex and build new relationships Meet with potential clients to discuss their financial goals and provide tailored solutions (we work around your schedule to ensure flexibility) Become fluent in financial products and obtain required financial licenses (Life and Series 6), with optional opportunities to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65 licenses Train and onboard new hires, developing them into key team members and contributing to the growth and success of our organization Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and open communication What You'll Need to Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, qualities, and characteristics.
