Job Summary As a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
You'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence. Key Responsibilities * Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests in a timely and efficient manner * Review work process reports to ensure required data is available and request any missing documentation as needed * Output, scan, and list reports, as well as plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing * Maintain departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information * Monitor supply stock and arrange supplies as necessary * Assist other staff members with related tasks on an as-needed basis Requirements * Secondary School Diploma or equivalent * No prior work experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our organization * Standard office equipment, including a computer, printer, and scanner Essential Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve routine issues * Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
